Amazon Information

Data obtained from Amazon through the Amazon Selling Partner API (“Amazon Information”) is handled in accordance with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy, in addition to this Privacy Policy.

a. Purpose: We use Amazon Information only to provide the functionality you authorize, including processing your orders, creating shipping labels and fulfilling shipments. Buyer personal information is used only for shipping and to meet legal, tax or regulatory requirements.

c. Recipients: Buyer names, shipping addresses and, where provided, phone numbers are shared only with the shipping carrier selected for a shipment. Amazon Information is also stored by our hosting and backup providers under security and confidentiality obligations.

d. Retention: Buyer personal information is kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the order and meet legal requirements, and is then securely deleted.

e. Access: Each seller can access only the information of their own connected stores.
